Guangdong Medical Valley has a high-quality professional incubation service team, and has always adhered to the service concept of "service first, sincere service, precise service", and strives to meet the development needs of the settled enterprises at different stages. At present,  there are 28 people in the incubator management team, including 2 with doctor's degree, 4 with master's degree, 22 with bachelor's degree, 3 with intermediate professional title or above, and 6 with professional incubator training and practice certificate.
