High Reward  Special Biomedical Policies

• Enterprises entering the phase I, II and III clinical trials of new drugs will be rewarded up to 3 million yuan, 5 million yuan and 10 million yuan respectively; for those who has completed phase I, phase II and phase III clinical trials of new drugs will be awarded a maximum of 1 million yuan, 1.5 million yuan and 2 million yuan respectively;

• For new drug projects that start clinical research and purchase liability insurance for drug clinical trial, subsidy shall be given according to the maximum 50% of liability insurance premium;

• For projects that entrust CRO/CDMO with no investment relationship to carry out R&D services, 5% of the contract amount will be subsidized, up to 10 million yuan;

• For those who have obtained the drug registration certificate, a maximum reward of 10 million yuan will be given according to the drug registration classification standard;

• A single enterprise can get up to 20 million yuan of funding for new drug R&D every year.

• Enterprises that have newly obtained the first registration certificate of class II and class III medical devices, the maximum reward is 1 million yuan and 2 million yuan respectively;

• A single enterprise's annual subsidy for medical devices can reach up to 10 million yuan.

• For those newly registered and certified by FDA, EMA, PMDA and other organizations, which have been exported to corresponding countries, the maximum reward for each product is 1 million yuan, and the maximum reward for a single enterprise is 5 million yuan;

• Generic drug consistency evaluation: for the top three generic drugs in the country that have passed the consistency evaluation, a one-time subsidy of up to 4 million yuan will be given to each variety, and a single enterprise's annual subsidy can reach up to 10 million yuan;

• High end preparations: for the high-end preparations with national key development, the highest reward of 2 million yuan will be given for the first approval of a single variety.

• Those who have been newly recognized as municipal and/or provincial new R&D institution will be awarded a maximum reward of 1 million yuan and 1.5 million yuan respectively at one time;

•Those who have been recognized as provincial and national key laboratory will be awarded a maximum reward of 1 million yuan and 3 million yuan respectively;

• 5 million yuan will be awarded to those who have been recognized as national enterprise technology center;

• Those who have been recognized as provincial manufacturing innovation centers will be rewarded with 5 million yuan, and those upgraded to national level will be rewarded with another 5 million yuan;

• The new R & D institutions that have accepted the comprehensive evaluation can get a subsidy of up to 1 million yuan;

• Non clinical drug safety evaluation institutions, drug (including medical devices) clinical trial institutions, provincial and national clinical medical research centers / hospitals will be given a maximum one-time reward of 1 million yuan.

• For the newly established biomedical project, the maximum reward is 2 million yuan for every 10 million US dollars or 100 million yuan of paid in registered capital (monetary contribution) before the project is put into operation. For the original or newly established projects that have been put into operation, a maximum reward of 3 million yuan will be given for every 10 million US dollars or 100 million yuan of newly increased registered capital. The maximum cumulative reward for a single project is 100 million yuan;

• For the projects that have obtained drug registration approval or class II or class III medical device registration certificate in the city and are industrialized in the city, 20% of the equipment investment will be awarded, and the maximum amount shall not exceed 20 million yuan;

• If the holder of drug or medical device marketing license entrusts the biomedical enterprises in this city to provide production services, the enterprises undertaking the entrusted production task shall be subsidized by varieties, with the maximum amount of 200,000 yuan for each variety, and the maximum amount of 1 million yuan per year for a single enterprise.

• 100,000 yuan will be awarded to the enterprises listed in the annual Top 10 of Zhuhai medical and health manufacturing industry; 500,000 yuan, 800,000 yuan, 1 million yuan and 2 million yuan will be awarded to the medical and health manufacturing enterprises whose annual main business income exceeds 1 billion yuan, 3 billion yuan, 5 billion yuan and 10 billion yuan respectively for the first time.

• For the pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers whose annual sales revenue of a single variety exceeds 100 million yuan, 300 million yuan, 500 million yuan and 1 billion yuan for the first time, 100,000 yuan, 200,000 yuan, 300,000 yuan and 500,000 yuan will be awarded respectively.
